A lovely little bar on one of the slower blocks of Irving. The eponymous fire is in the wall opposite the bar, and gives off a gorgeous red glow, which is a stroke of design brilliance. My date and I sat at the bar by the window and spent a few hours people watching, and I think we were both glad our bartender had a heavy wrist. Tread lightly with a Fireside screwdriver, they pack a wallop.
